Strawberry Fluff Dessert Ingredients:
  • 1 pint strawberry, hulled, washed, thoroughly dried, then sliced
  • 1 (16 ounce) container small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert (unprepared, use powder only)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Strawberry Fluff Dessert Instructions:
1.In large mixing bowl, add jello powder to cottage cheese and mix well,scraping bottom and sides of bowl, until THOROUGHLY blended.
2. Gently stir in sliced strawberries.
3.Fold in thawed Cool Whip to blend, and transfer to serving dish.
4 Top with chopped pecans, cover, and refrigerate at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).

Strawberry Fluff Dessert Ingredients:
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1 stick (1/2 c) butter, softened
  • 1/2 c finely chopped nuts (optional if you are allergic to nuts)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 c strawberries, hulled and cut in quarters
  • 1 c whipped cream
  • sliced strawberries, for garnish (optional)
Strawberry Fluff Dessert Instructions:
1. In mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, butter, and nuts until crumbly. Spread loosely on a cookie sheet/jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
2. Beat egg whites until frothy. Add sugar and beat for about 5 minutes. Add strawberries and beat on HI for 10-12 minutes. Fold in whipped cream.
3. Spread 1/2 of crumb mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Pour strawberry mixture over crumbs, and top with the rest of the crumbs. Garnish with sliced strawberries if desired. Freeze.
4. Remove from freezer shortly before serving.

Strawberry Fluff Dessert Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup (160 ml) full-fat coconut milk (the kind in the can)
  • 2 cups (480 ml) sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) whole chia seeds*
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) pure almond extract (omit if sensitive)
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15-25 drops plain or vanilla stevia, to taste

Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender* (such as a VitaMix) and blend until perfectly smooth. Pour into glasses and refrigerate until cold, 1-2 hours (or just eat it right away if you can’t wait–thinner, but still good)...enjoy the strawberry fluff !

  • 1 lg. angel food cake
  • 2 pkgs. Jello instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 lg. Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 lg. box frozen strawberries or can use fresh one, sweetened
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (flat can)
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
Strawberry Fluff Dessert Instructions :
Tear cake into chunks and put on bottom of large cake pan (9 x 13 inches). Mix pudding according to directions on package and pour over cake. Mix together in a large bowl Cool Whip and sour cream. Add strawberries (I drain some of the juice) and drained pineapple. Put over cake and pudding. Sprinkle pecans on top. Refrigerate and the strawberry fluff dessert recipe is ready to serve....enjoy !

STRAWBERRY FLUFF DESSERT INGREDIENTS
  • 2 pt. fresh strawberries
  • 2 env. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 4 lg. egg whites
  • Dash of salt

STRAWBERRY FLUFF DESSERT INSTRUCTIONS
Wash berries in cool water in colander; drain well. Set aside 10 whole berries for garnish. Remove stems of other berries that you washed and place them in a large bowl and crush very well. I use a potato masher.

Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan. Heat over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Add to crushed berries. Stir in orange juice, 1/4 cup sugar and milk.

Chill mixture until slightly thickened, about 20 minutes. Beat egg whites and salt, while waiting for above, until foamy on high speed. Beat in remaining 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. Continue to beat until whites are stiff. Fold into chilled berry mixture.

Turn into serving dish and let it be a pretty one as dessert is flamingo colored and lovely to see. Chill until firm.

Remove stems of nine reserved whole berries. Cut hulled berries into halves. Place Cool Whip or whipped cream in the center of your dish and surround with berry halves; then top with the whole berry.

Makes 8 servings. Worth any effort to make this! The strawberry fluff dessert is ready to serve !

  • 1 can Borden sweetened condensed milk (chilled)
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Drain pineapple. Whip milk, combine all ingredients and beat at medium speed of mixture until stiff. Refrigerate. Hint: may be frozen for later use and tastes great as a frozen dessert.

  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 of a 10 inch angel food cake, torn into pieces
  • 9 oz. carton Cool Whip
Strawberry Fluff Dessert Instructions :
Dissolve Jello in 3 cups boiling water. Stir in thawed strawberries, sugar and salt. Cool until thickens, then fold in Cool Whip. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with torn up cake pieces. Pour strawberry mixture over cake pieces. Refrigerate. The strawberry fluff dessert is ready...enjoy it !
